About Inconel 601 Screw
Inconel 601 Screw is a nickel-chromium alloy composed of both 58-63% Nickel and 21-25% Chrome. In combination, these two elements form a hard yet ductile material able to withstand extreme temperatures, pressure, and stress. In addition to the base metals, it also incorporates trace amounts of Iron (1%) as well as small amounts of
Manganese and Carbon (1% in total). These additions combine together to create an excellent screw for resisting corrosion and oxidization in high-heat applications ranging from hot water up to nearly 2000F. Overall, Inconel 601s unique elemental composition gives it the versatility and structural integrity needed for industrial use in power plants and other such locations.
