About Hastelloy C2000 Screw
Hastelloy c2000 screw is made of a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that contains iron and manganese. This combination imparts exceptional overall corrosion resistance properties, including protection against pitting in oxidizing or neutral aqueous solutions, outstanding strength at high temperatures, stress corrosion cracking resistance, and increased oxidation resistance. This combination also results in the Hastelloy c2000 screw featuring superior weldability and physical characteristics ideal for deep-drawn parts. In addition, it has good formability and machinability and is molybdenum up to four times more resistant to chloride pitting than austenitic
stainless steels.
