About Hastelloy C22 Screw

C22 Hastelloy Screw is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing 22% chromium, 13.5% molybdenum, and 3% tungsten for superior corrosion resistance and a wide range of other properties. It has excellent resistance to localized corrosion and stress-corrosion cracking. This alloy is exceptionally resistant to pitting, crevice corrosions, and environmental cracking in warm chloride solutions, making it durable for some of the harshest industrial applications. It also demonstrates good weldability and formability without losing strength or high-temperature tempering properties. Hastelloy Screw C22 offers superior resistance to oxidizing acids such as nitric acid solutions due to its higher chromium content.
